The bold flavors of Mexico are the inspiration for Ciento Restaurant & Tequila Bar. Ciento will offer a nuevo estilo (new style) of Mexican fare, a unique festive blend of traditional Mexican cuisine, Tex-Mex Baja and California Fresh-Mex. Ciento’s chefs use their creative culinary experience and the freshest ingriedients available to create fresh culinary delights with a bold, unique taste.

Ciento is a fresh blend of high quality affordable specialty drinks and domestic and imported beers and will feature 101 brands of tequila.
